To ensure the successful and timely delivery of the User Hub project, we are looking for a dedicated Product Owner. This person will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the development backlog, coordinating team activities, and aligning the project timeline with business goals. As part of our commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment, this role requires working fully on-site.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of a strategically important, customer-facing product central to our portfolio.
• Own and manage the product backlog to prepare for development sprints and iterations.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and align development efforts with strategic goals.
• Track progress and team velocity, validate new product increments, and maintain backlog transparency.
• Ensure non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, scalability, maintainability) are prioritized.
• Develop deep understanding of end users’ needs and ensure those needs are met in the product.
• Lead internal and external launch coordination of the new interface.
• Serve as the go-to expert for all matters related to the User Hub project.
  
• Foster a collaborative and productive team culture.
  
• Establish product performance metrics to inform ongoing and future decisions.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master’s degree is a strong plus
• 2–5 years of experience as a Product Owner for a digital, customer-facing platform
• 2–5 years of experience working in a multicultural environment
• Fluent in English, with a proficiency level of C1 or higher
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Advanced knowledge of Atlassian Cloud tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Advanced understanding of Agile methodologies for software product development
