To strengthen our Human Resources department, the Regional HR Business Partner will support HR Operations for our European offices. We are seeking for an experienced HR professional who will be able to streamline processes across Europe and collaborate with top management to help shape the structure and strategy of the department. We are eager to find a Human Resources professional who connects easily with people and has a detail-oriented mindset for handling the dynamic nature of today’s workforce. The role is a full-time and permanent position based in our city center office in Basel, Switzerland.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Support, provide guidance and coordinate HR Operations in Europe on all aspects of HR, with the opportunity to develop and refine procedures and create efficiencies;
- Streamline processes and policies across Europe in line with projects implementation and ongoing monitoring to promote lean management and employee satisfaction in compliance with all relevant legislation in Europe;
- Oversee all employee relations issues to ensure the employee value proposition is maintained and risks to the business are minimised. Ensure GDPR compliance across legal entities;
- Collaborate closely with HR Project Management team, Compensation & Benefits Manager, Legal Advisor and HR Committee;
- Collaborate with Management to shape the departments structure and strategy related to staffing needs;
- Assist Management with any other HR related issues, especially compensation and communication alignment.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of HRBP experience in a fast-growing team in international environments
- Strong knowledge on Compensation & Benefits
- Able to build trust-based relationships with employees, including Management and the Local HR Team Leads in Europe
- Proactive approach and bring initiative
- Good mentoring and strong communication skills
- Good mediation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficient in English
